We would like to invite your organization to continue sponsorship for the Chinese American Society for Mass Spectrometry (CASMS). CASMS is a non-profit organization with more than 1000 members worldwide. The mission of the society is to promote science and technology in the Mass Spectrometry field within the global Chinese scientific community and beyond, to help Chinese-American scientists to network with the international scientific communities in both academia and industry, and to provide platforms for US-based scientific organizations to reach global Chinese scholars in mass spectrometry and related fields (http://www.casms.org).

CASMS organizes many highly attended scientific and social events for our members each year. These include

• CASMS annual general meeting and social events held during each ASMS

• CASMS Virtual or In-Person Conference on Biological and Pharmaceutical Mass Spectrometry (since 2021), which aims to bring top scientists and key opinion leaders from both industry and academia worldwide to share their research, perspectives, and visions. The 2025 conference will be held in-person at the DoubleTree Hotel Del Mar on November 14-15. The conference will have a total of 5 symposium sessions, along with an open plenary lecture, a closing plenary lecture, poster presentations, and vendor presentations/exhibitions.

• Webinar series with invited speakers from around the world.

All these events provide excellent opportunities for our sponsors to reach a large number of existing and potential customers, showcase their newest products to their target audience, and recruit top talent for their organizations.

For this year, we offer five levels of sponsorship: Diamond $10,000, Platinum $7,500, Gold $5,000, Silver $3,000 and Bronze $1,500. As a sponsor, you will be invited to an exclusive social event with members from the CASMS executive committee at 2026 ASMS in San Diego. You will be able to interact with our members and annual CASMS conference attendees worldwide through workshops, exhibitions, posters, and/or one-on-one meetings during the CASMS virtual and in-person conference. In addition, your sponsorship will be advertised on our CASMS society, conference websites, and multiple social media platforms. Diamond sponsors will also enjoy a free 90-min sponsoring webinar per year hosted by CASMS, and lower-tier sponsors will have the opportunity to have sponsoring CASMS-hosted webinars at a cost of $1000 per one-hour webinar.
